This is the second episode in the three-part Russian Winnie-the-Pooh series. In this episode, Pooh and Piglet visit Rabbit for a meal with honey.
Russian Winnie-the-Pooh is one of the best loved Soviet animations there is – by both children and adults alike. The animation style is more minimalist that the Disney version Westerners are used to. Because of that, watching it almost feels like the characters are stepping out of a picture book.
In this version, you’ll find subtitles in both English and Russian. As such, it’s a great resource for practicing your Russian language. The cartoon’s language level is suitable for beginner Russian speakers.
