To Live

To Live is a thrilling movie and the first feature by acclaimed director, Yuri Bykov. It’s a film that reminds us to think about the real price of a life. 

It’s early autumn. An older Russian man goes to the forest to hunt and relax. All of a sudden, he becomes an involuntary witness to a murder attempt. A small group is trying to shoot a man sprinting out of the woods. He tells the old man to start his car and go. And so, chance forces these two completely different men to fight together for survival.
