Synopsis
The Edge is another exciting drama from masterful director, Alexei Uchitel. The film takes place right after WWII. Ignat, a victorious but damaged Soviet warrior, arrives in a Siberian village to work as a mechanic. The most exciting thing going on in the village is the local steam-engine train race. While searching for a long forgotten train engine on a nearby island, Ignat comes across a German girl who has spent the entire war there alone. Authentic and epic, this movie is a must-see for train and WWII enthusiasts.
